Lucinda Andreani, Flood Control District Administrator for Coconino County, Arizona, will share insights into the county’s coordinated recovery efforts, innovative mitigation strategies, and community resilience initiatives.

Lucinda Andreani is a transformational leader dedicated to public service. Following her career in the energy industry where she helped customers and clients actualize important changes involving major energy efficiency investments, renewable energy production and purchase, and electricity procurement, she opened her own consulting business serving primarily large energy customers in the public sector. Seeking significance and community connection after her successful first career, she joined Coconino County in 2005 where she quickly rose through the ranks because of her facilitative, values-driven, results-oriented leadership style. Leading teams through numerous projects, roles, and emergencies, she is now a member of the County’s Executive Team as a Deputy County Manager for Coconino County and serves as the Coconino County Flood Control District Administrator.
