PRICE

Full conference registration is $425 through February 23, 2026.
Full conference registration will jump to $525 on February 24, 2026.
One-day registration will be $225 regardless of the registration date.

FINANCIAL AID
Finacial aid may beccome available as COCO recieves monetary support from sponsors or partners. As support becomes available, an application will be linked here by November 2025 or earlier. Stay tuned by signed up for COCO’s newsletter HERE.

PRESENTER REGISTRATION
If you are selected to present at the conference, you will be required to register* by February 9, 2026, or your presentation will be dropped from the program.

*Presenters do not receive a registration discount

SPONSOR REGISTRATION
If you or your organization are registering under a sponsorship level that includes registration, you will be given a discount code upon completion of your sponsor payment. You will need to enter this discount code before you enter any other information under “Got a discount code?”

PAYMENT & CANCELATION
We only accept payments by card.

CANCELLATIONS THROUGH FEBRUARY 9, 2026: Cancellation requests must be received no later than February 9, 2026, at 11:59PM (MST). You can expect to receive what you paid minus a $25.00 processing fee.

CANCELLATIONS MADE FEBRUARY 10 – MARCH 10, 2026: For cancellations made between February 10 – March 10, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.

CANCELLATIONS MADE MARCH 11, 2026 & AFTER: Starting March 11, 2026, 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.

If you register before the agenda is set, please look for an email notification in February of the agenda release and sessions that may require you to sign up.

  • Sign-ups will only be listed if the presenter needs to know how many to prepare for or to cap their session capacity.
