REGISTRATION

Full conference registration is $325 through March 6, 2024.
Full conference registration will jump to $425 on March 7, 2024.
One-day registration will be $200 regardless of registration date.

Registration includes access to all conference and workshop sessions, and all evening socials (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday).

If you are selected to present at the conference, you will be required to register by February 29, 2024, or your presentation will be dropped from the program.

Limited funding from Coalitions & Collaboratives and ATF Conference & Workshop Sponsors was available to those in need of financial assistance. Congrats, scholarship grantees!

 

LODGING
YMCA of the Rockies

Conference and Workshop lodging block will be held through March 15, 2024.

Your conference lodge room package includes accommodations plus three meals per day, beginning with the evening meal on arrival and ending with the noon meal on departure. On-site complimentary recreation includes miniature golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, indoor swimming, hiking trails, playgrounds, library, and many family programs.  Archery, horseback riding, and craft projects are available on-site for a fee.

To make and confirm an accommodation reservation for your group’s event:

  1. Click HERE for the Lodging Reservations link.
  2. Select the group arrival and departure date.
  3. Enter the group code (Group code: 1101338).
  4. Enter the number of ADULTS (age 13 and over considered an adult for meal pricing).
    For children ages 6-12 years staying in the room with a parent, include in the comment section the names of children and their ages. If applicable, meal prices for children will be added to your reservation prior to arrival. 2023-2024 season child meal prices; 6-12 years: Breakfast – $6.75, Lunch – $9.00, Dinner – $13.25. Children 5 and under: no charge

Please note that a 35% deposit payable to the YMCA is due when making a reservation. Upon receipt of the 35% deposit by the YMCA, a lodging confirmation and reservation number will be emailed to you.

If you would like to enjoy our beautiful mountain location beyond the dates of the group’s stay, please make your reservation online first for the dates of the group’s event by clicking on the link above. Then call Central Reservations at (888) 613-9622 to add the additional nights to your existing reservation. Have your reservation number handy.

If you are staying off-property, your registration includes all access to socials, but not meals. Meals are available for purchase to those staying off-property.

TRAVEL

You will need to arrange travel to the YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park, Colorado, on your own. We strongly encourage you to book your travel for Sunday, April 14, 2024, so that you may attend ATF’s Sunday Night Social at 6 PM MT.

For those flying in from Denver International Airport (DIA), you have a couple of shuttle options, including Estes Park Shuttle. Please book your shuttle as soon as you book your airline to ensure you have a seat for your desired shuttle time. There are two ways to book reservations; online at http://www.estesparkshuttle.com or by calling their office at 970-586-5151, 8 AM to 6 PM MT.

A discount is available to groups booking 20+ passengers. The fare is $75 per passenger one-way, or $135 per passenger round-trip.
