Conference Policies

Substitution Policy:

Registration may be transferred to another person, by arrangement with COCO. Please click here to contact Jane Mannon.

Cancelation Policy:

Requests for refund must be submitted in writing by clicking here to contact Jane Mannon.
Cancelation requests received before December 31, 2018 will receive a full refund.
Cancelation requests received between January 1 and February 28, 2019 will receive 50% refund.
After March 1, 2019 no refunds will be given, but a transfer of registration may be made up to 24 hours before the beginning of the event.
NOTE: Hotel cancelation policy is separate from the conference registration, and must be arranged directly with the Hotel.

Photo Release:

Coalitions and Collaboratives, Inc. (COCO) will capture photographs, video, and audio recording of the conference. By participating in the conference, you authorize COCO to use any photos, video, and/or audio recording for promotional purposes without compensation.
